FarmVille 2: Grow Prized Crops for the County Fair, coming soon (more details here )

A new and potentially game changing update is set to launch in FarmVille 2 this week, as the County Fair will soon begin rolling out to farmers that have reached at least Level 20 in Zynga's second farming Facebook game.

With the launch of the County Fair, Prized Crops will become more important than they've ever been before. As players harvest Prized Crops on their farm (those crops that appear after you've harvested fertilized "normal" crops), they'll earn points that help to fill the County Fair's medal bar. The more Prized Crops players harvest, the more points they'll earn, and the more medals and prizes they can potentially win.

This County Fair will take place weekly, and at the end of the week, those players (in your own circle of friends) that earned the most points will receive "special bonuses and rewards."

Some of these rewards include the ability to earn more Visit Actions when visiting friends' farms, and the ability to "stock up" on more visitors that can come to your farm and tend items at once! This feature looks to be one that will roll out really slowly, so don't panic if you don't see it in your game just yet. We'll make sure to bring you the feature's complete details once we know more, so stay tuned!

FarmVille and Zynga have started up the next escapade type feature tonight, the FarmVille May Flower Garden!

You will be collecting different items on different dates to work towards a new reward. Ultimately you will earn 12 rewards in total over the course of around 21 days ranging from April 30th to May 21st. Below are all the stages, dates and numbers of items you will need to collect to earn that prize. Enjoy!

FarmVille Australia has a similar feature to the Atlantis Garden, its the FarmVille Australian Vineyard! With no real purpose other than its harvests for coin bundles,

it does give your Australian Farm a great decoration. You will need a lot of materials for this, which is no surprise. The only difference, is that you will need to craft these parts which is no easy task. Here is a break down of the parts needed per stage. The more stages you complete, the higher the coin yield.

This week’s Mystery Game costs 15 Farm Cash per Mystery Dart. As always, you are never guaranteed to win any one specific or all prizes featured in the Mystery Game so you should play at your own risk. When you play and win all six regular prizes, you will receive a free Bonus Prize. This week’s Bonus Prize is the Carolina Parakeet.

In Australia you will be working on the FarmVille Australia Daydream Island! It is the same type feature as the Atlantis Palace. You will be gathering new parts,

some via requests directly to friends, and some via the newsfeed. The new parts are White Sand, Volcanic Rock and Blue Sea Water. Every time you complete a stage, the building will advance in looks and in gift giving. While the gifts are not great, its still something. Below are all the images from the feature as well as a table with all the part number totals for each level. Enjoy!

FarmVille Earth Day Countdown Day 10: Get an Earth Day Sheep!

It’s day ten of the FarmVille Earth Day countdown and the daily prize is an Earth Day Sheep. You will need to collect ten stamps to make it yours.
Collect stamps for each daily prize by posting a Facebook News Feed share. When one of your friends clicks on your share, you will get one item per friend that clicks. Remember, when you click on a neighbor’s share, you will also get one item for yourself. Help a friend, help yourself!

You can request help every 6 hours. After fulfilling the collection requirements, you can find the the Daily Prize in your FarmVille Gift Box. Once you complete each of the countdown’s Daily Prizes, you also get a bonus prize. There are 16 days of prizes and one exclusive bonus prize, the Earth Hero Unicorn when you collect all 16 daily prizes.
